October 2026. Docusign: $3.4 billion in revenue, 1.9 million customers, a billion people who have clicked a yellow tab that said Sign Here. Momentum was in May. The MCP server opened to every agent on September 30. You are the CEO. Today, you are also the defense.

The Witness: My agents closed 4,112 vendor renewals last quarter. They negotiated with the vendors' agents, agreed terms, and both sides signed with keys. Thirty-one went through an envelope. Nobody on my team has opened Docusign since June. I'm not angry. I just don't know what we're paying for.

Prosecutor OMNIThe prosecution's case is simple, Your Honor! An agreement is two parties' judgment, frozen. My clients can freeze it themselves. The defendant sells the freezer!
Play as the CEO of Docusign

Your first move

  1. Iris in every envelope. Price the agents as an IAM add-on, on top of seats. Protect the seat base. Agents become a line item in the contract you already have.
  2. Open the agreement layer. Docusign becomes every agent's signing API. Envelopes, identity and audit trail, exposed neutrally to every lab. Be the record under all of them.
  3. Docusign becomes the agent. Contracts become a view. It drafts, negotiates and signs for your customer in Slack and email. Priced on agreements closed, not seats.
  4. Buy a neutral omni agent. Seventy people, already running procurement and sales ops for mid-market companies. $800M.

Where it can end

4 endings keep the relationship, 3 survive as plumbing, 4 are the tower in the middle.
