One of a dozen.

There are perhaps twelve omni agents left standing. Three belong to labs. Meta's is captive to WhatsApp and Google's to Workspace. The rest are neutral agents that climbed from somewhere, and one of them climbed from a CRM in Cambridge.

HubSpot Agent holds the working context of 45% of the businesses it serves, and most of that context was never a field: it was said to the agent, much of it by a partner sitting at a kitchen table. The CRM underneath is a store you own, generated on demand. Seat revenue is 6% of the business. The stock is 2.8x the 2026 price. Salesforce offers 4x that.

Where you landed: The relationship

You killed your own pricing, stayed neutral toward everyone's data including your own, let the CRM become a view, and turned the implementation channel into the thing that elicits what nobody wrote down. The acquirer at the end isn't a rescue. It's the incumbent that didn't do this, buying the one that did.
